For 2025, our Maine Restaurant Week Truffle Menu is available every night of service from the 1st through the 12th. Our menu will feature truffles in/on every course! Beverage, Sales Tax and Gratuity are not included in this price. 

The Price Per Person for this Maine Restaurant Week Truffle Menu is $75.

First Course: Crevarine con Stracchino e Tartufo

Second Course: Misticanza (organic baby greens with truffled vinaigrette and shave Moliterno al Tartufo)

Third Crouse: Gnocchi Verdi alla Parmigiana (black kale gnocchi with date butter, Parmigiano and truffles)

Fourth Course: Agnello con Puree Tartufato (lamb chops with truffled celery root puree and shaved truffles)

Dessert Course: Panerellini con Gelato al Tartufo (Genovese mini panerello with cream gelato and truffle)
