Executive Chef, Jesse Bouchard and his wife, Mindy, bring the very best of Maine farms and producers to you with a seasonally rotating menu.  As a chef of 27 years, Jesse exemplifies the value of relationships that evoke sustainability and growth in the communities he calls home.  Yolked began in 2019 as a food truck situated in rural Maine alongside NU Brewery based on a concept born from their personal small flock of chickens and the value of knowing how your food is raised. Utilizing whole foods is the main staple of their menu and they are proud to offer it to you in their upscale rustic dining space.
