For Maine Restaurant Week we are planning a special Tempo Dulu Pop Up featuring guest chef Alfie Jerome Mossadeg and a cooking class (details below):

Thursday, March 5 – Sunday, March 8 AND Thursday, March 12 – Sunday, March 15

A special Dutch/Indonesian Feast and cocktail pop up featuring Tempo Dulu cocktails
$74 pp

Rijsttafel (“rice table”), an Indonesian feast adapted by the Dutch, with numerous small dishes served with rice, including items like satay, rendang, gado-gado, and sambals. Snacks will include Sate Ayam (chicken sate with peanut sauce), Sate Tempeh, krupuk (shrimp crackers) Pastel Goreng (small Indonesian pies filled with chicken and egg) Lumpia (an Indonesian version of a Chinese Lumpia and Kecang pedis (spicy nuts). 

In addition, we have a special a la carte Southeast Asian fine dining menu, menu subject to change:
