For Maine Restaurant Week we are planning two different special menus with a special Tempo Dulu Pop Up featuring guest chefs, and a few classes (details below):

Friday, February 27, Saturday February 28, Sunday March 1

A special 3 course Indonesian Menu and cocktail pop up featuring Tempo Dulu cocktails
$58 pp

First Course: Soto Maduro  (fragrant chicken noodle soup)

Second Course: Nasi Campur (steamed rice plated with Rendang Padan (braised beef from Sumatra) Sate Lili (Balinese ground beef/pork on a skewer) Krupuk (shrimp cracker) long beans and egg and chicken)

Third Course: Pisang Goreng with Ice cream (fried banana with likely a padang/vanilla/chili ice-cream

Award winning cocktails from special guest Trevin Hutchens, who was the creator of the Tempo Dulu cocktails.

A special Dutch/Indonesian Feast and cocktail pop up featuring Tempo Dulu cocktails

Rijsttafel (“rice table”), an Indonesian feast adapted by the Dutch, with numerous small dishes served with rice, including items like satay, rendang, gado-gado, and sambals. Snacks will include Sate Ayam (chicken sate with peanut sauce), Sate Tempeh, krupuk (shrimp crackers) Pastel Goreng (small Indonesian pies filled with chicken and egg) Lumpia (an Indonesian version of a Chinese Lumpia and Kecang pedis (spicy nuts).
